The most common question about ordering is:
"If I find a book on your web page, does that mean you have it the store?"
The answer is:
"I'm afraid not."
We have just about 17,000 books in the store - a far cry from the 1.5 million carried by our distributor. If you find a book on our web site, and it says the book is in stock, that means our distributor has it in stock. We can usually get it to the store in 3 business days. If you need a book right away, it's best to call the store. We may have it on the shelf, or sometimes we can get a book the next business day!

"What is the best way to order a book?"
The answer is:
"Any way you want!"

qaabooks@qwest.net, with your order. During store hours we are able to tell you immediately if the book is on our shelf or how long it will take to get here.
Of course, you can also order through the website. If you specify that you would like to pick up in the store, there are no shipping charges (or other additional charges, for that matter). If you would like your order shipped to you - or anywhere in the US - there will be shipping charges.
Once you have placed your order we will email you back as soon as we can to let you know if the book is on our shelf or how long it will take to order it.
